Good Code Product License Agreement
Effective upon purchase
Upon purchase of any product ("Item" or "File") from Good Code, the purchaser is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Item in accordance with the terms set forth below.
Usage Rights
- Licensees may use the Item to create an unlimited number of End Products for personal, commercial, or client use.
- The End Product may be sold, sublicensed, or distributed, provided the Item is substantially modified or integrated into a larger work.
- Licensees may modify, manipulate, or create derivative works of the Item.
- Items may be combined with other assets to form new works.
- This is a multi-use license, allowing usage across multiple projects.
- The Item may be shared internally within a single organization, including use within design systems or internal libraries accessed by unlimited users in that organization.
Definition of End Product:
An End Product is a customized implementation of the Item. For example, the Item may be a package of UI elements, while the End Product is a finished web app or mobile app incorporating those elements as part of a larger design.
Prohibited Uses
- The Item may not be distributed or made accessible on public platforms, including but not limited to public Figma links, open-source repositories, or asset marketplaces.
- The Item may not be embedded or included in End Products without meaningful modification or integration.
- Redistribution of the Item (whether in original, modified, or derivative form) as standalone stock assets, design systems, templates, or libraries — including bundling with other files — is strictly prohibited.
- The Item may not be sold, sublicensed, or re-distributed as-is, or with superficial modifications.
- End users of any End Product may not extract, reuse, or redistribute the Item outside of its use within the End Product.
