These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of any digital products, including the Unify Design System (“Item,” “Product”), sold or distributed by Good Code, LLC (“Good Code,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, downloading, or using any Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Product License Agreement.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not purchase, download, or use our Products.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts to purchase or use any Product from Good Code. By purchasing a Product, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Product License

All purchases are governed by the Good Code Product License Agreement, which grants you specific rights to use the Product in personal, commercial, and client projects.

Key highlights:

• The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and perpetual.
• Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the Product as a standalone file is prohibited.
• Substantial modification is required before integrating the Product into any End Product for distribution.

3. Payments and Taxes

All payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

You are responsible for:

• Any taxes, duties, or additional fees associated with your purchase.
